Most air conditioning and refrigeration systems have traditionally used a refrigerant gas known as either R12 or R22. Emissions of these two refrigerant gases into our atmosphere have been proven to cause a depletion of the earth's ozone layer – the protective layer in our Earth's atmosphere which absorbs 97 to 99% of the Sun's high frequency ultraviolet light, which is damaging to life on Earth.

As a result, all air conditioning and refrigeration systems are now required by law to change from ozone depletion (R12 and R22) gas to ozone friendly gas by 2020. Our team has been highly trained and will carry out the conversion from R12 & R22 to R134a, R407c, R404a & R417a.
